1. Standard check-In time and check-Out time is at 1300 Hours and 1000 Hours respectively. Early check-In may be provided from 0700 Hours on the arrival date (Subject to availability). For early check-in prior to 0700 Hours, the reservation needs to be made from the previous night.

2. Minors (below 18) areallowed to stay at our hostels (both in dorms and private rooms) even when accompanied by legal guardians.

3. Guests with the local IDs willbe allowed to check in the property.

4. You may bring your pets (only in private rooms) at a fixed charge of INR 500 per day for each pet. Only 1 pet per room is allowed per room.

5. Requisite licenses are awaited at goSTOPS Alleppey property so we are unable to host foreign guests only at this property at this time.

6. We dont provide toiletries to the guests. Please carry your own for personal use

7. Parking space is limited at our hostels and also maybe available. You can get in touch with the ground staff if you need alternative parking space nearby.

8. Consumption of alcohol and smoking isallowed.

9. We provide free Wi-Fi atour hostels (up to 2 GB per user per day, extra usage will be charged extra.

10. "Silent hours" from 2200 Hours to 0800 Hours are observed, and guests are asked to refrain from making loud noises, playing music, etc.

11. Guests are responsible for their own belongings stored in the lockers. Hostel isresponsible for any lost or damaged items stored in the lockers. The penalty for loss of locker keys will be at the hostels discretion and will be communicated to the guest at the time of check-in.
